1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buwigs' website and services you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by applicable Nepalese laws, including the Companies Act, 2063, and consumer protection statutes where relevant.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent, to create an account or use services that require contractual commitment. Organisations and companies must represent that they have authority to agree to these terms.
3. Use of Services & Accounts
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to engage in conduct that harms other users or the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and materials available on the site remain the property of Buwigs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Buwigs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the fees actually paid by you to Buwigs for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim (where applicable).
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the services for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or for security reasons. On termination, your right to use the services ends immediately; certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive termination.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the District Court with jurisdiction, or through arbitration seated in Kathmandu if both parties agree to arbitration. You and Buwigs each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nepalese courts for disputes that are not submitted to arbitration.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to users and published on this page with an updated effective date.
